4Fit formed originally in 2012, although our current line-up only got together in 2017. We are based in the Cambridgeshire/Hertfordshire/Bedfordshire area and all met at Phoenix Chorus.
We love doing singouts and music festivals but 2018 was our first time competing on the Region 31 stage!
