The Young Singers Foundation (YSF) was established by Sweet Adelines International in 1992 determined to enrich the lives of young people through educational programmes in vocal music though funding. Since its creation, the YSF has helped many individuals, groups and organisations in changing young people’s live through music.

YSF Grants

Each year, the YSF accepts and reviews applications for funding from individuals, groups and organisations (non religious nor political) in any part of the world who sponsor vocal music activities for young people. Grants are awarded twice a year. Check the YSF website for dates on the grant cycles.

The YSF provides scholarships of US$2,000 per recipient to help further the vocal music education of a full-time student who is enrolled in an accredited learning institution anywhere in the world. To find out if you’re eligible and make an application, go to the YSF website.
