Convention 2026 Registration

Single Event Tickets for Convention 2026 can be purchased directly with The Bridgewater Hall via the links below. There is a £3.5 booking fee that will be added to each ticket. Additionally 1/2 price tickets are available for youth (under 25).

  • Sunday Education Classes – Included with AET only no additional tickets for sale
 
 

AET Registration is now closed. All competing members must have an AET. Please reach out to rmt@sweetadelines.org.uk if you have not purchased an AET and need one for a competing member. 

AET/SET Collection

  • All AETs will be available for collection at the Welcome Desk, grouped by chorus.
  • The Welcome Desk will only be open during specific hours, so please make sure you collect AETs during those times.
    • Friday: 10-11:30, 12:55-14:00, 15:35-16:30, 18:45-19:15
    • Saturday: 9:45-10:45, 13:00-14:45, 19:00-19:45
    • Sunday: 9:15-11:00
  • For those who would like to pick up their AET/tickets before the Friday – there will be an opportunity to do this on Thursday night with the RMT in the Leonardo hotel lobby/bar from 19:30-21:30. 
Chorus
  • Each chorus should send one representative to collect the full chorus AET pack.
  • Choruses are responsible for distributing individual AETs to their members and any non-members/CAL members who purchased tickets with the chorus. 
Quartets
  • Quartet AETs will be included in the relevant chorus pack (if applicable). 
Individuals not allocated to a chorus – VIPs, Chapter at Large Members, non-members, etc. 
  • May collect their AETs individually from the welcome desk. 

Refunds, Name Changes & Lanyards

  • No refunds will be given at this stage.
  • If a name change is required, this must be requested in person at the Welcome desk and will be issued on a blank AET.
  • Members should bring a lanyard with them as they will not be provided onsite (only the badge and the plastic holder will be provided). 
  • First-time Region 31 competitors can pick up a lanyard at the Welcome desk. 

Single‑event tickets

  • Single‑event tickets are managed directly by Bridgewater Hall (see below).
  • If you require a printed ticket on site, please collect it from the Box Office.
 

Seating Allocations

  • Chorus seating allocations will be communicated in advance, along with a seating map (linked here)
  • It is very important that choruses sit only in their allocated seating – which has been communicated via email.
  • Seating changes slightly between sessions:
    • Quartet contest
    • End of quartet contest (results)
    • Chorus contest
    • Saturday Evening Showcase
  • At the end of the quartet contest, certain areas become reserved seating for quartets for the results.
    • Any chorus members seated in those areas must move to the overflow seating for the results only.

Registration for Convention 2026 is now open. Use the form below to purchase your All Events Ticket (AETs)

  • Youth Members (under 26) are half price.
  • All competitors are required to have an all events ticket (AET)
  • Single events tickets will be on sale after AET ticket sales close. These sales will be directly with The Bridgewater Hall
 

Note that all competing choruses and quartets also need to register to enter the contest on the Sweet Adelines International website for which a separate fee is payable. 

AET Prices

The early bird deadline is March 1st . Registrations after this date will be charged at the standard rate.
