- Surrey Harmony Chorus – also a first-place medallist.
- Both will go on to represent Region 31 at the International level.
Education & Coaching
- Focus on Dale Syverson’s classes: techniques on creating space and resonance, new warm-ups, vocal skills, and how to “converse with the judges.”
- Widely praised as one of the most valuable parts of convention.
Member & Chorus Feedback
- Positives: compact venue layout, smooth traffic flow, camaraderie, afterglow singing, and overall rising standards.
- Suggestions: better use of roving microphones, clearer chorus seating, shelter in bad weather, bigger warm-up rooms (for large choruses), more bar service at the afterglow, sticking closely to the printed programme, an added choreography education session, and improved medal presentation (with both MDs and Presidents on stage).

- Celebration of growing standards year on year within the choruses.
Upcoming Events & Notices
