Amanda has been a positive influence, a great ambassador and a person who works tirelessly getting the best choreography from our performances for the past 15 years. Not only this but Amanda is a kind, caring member of our chorus and one who has earned great respect from us all.
She has been on the management team multiple times and is on the music and the visual teams so always contributes to the running of the chorus. She is fully committed, always positive and pro-active, and on top of that a wonderful singer and is friends with everyone.
She is definitely an Unsung Champion and we feel this is a wonderful way to show our appreciation for everything she does.
Bio
Amanda joined Vocal Dimension in 2011, just a year after the chorus was formed, and has been a fabulous Lead and valued member of the chorus for 15 years.
She very quickly joined the Visual Team and in 2016 she was appointed as the choreographer and member of the music team. As the choreographer she has enthusiastically led the chorus in developing our visual communication and helped to stage the choreography for our contest sets. She also runs the physical warm-up rota for the chorus, often taking the warm-up herself. She has great confidence on stage, a flair for comedy and can also be relied upon for starring roles in our international sets.
She has also been on the chorus Management Team, taking on the Team Coordinator role for 4 years and stepping in to cover the Membership and Team Coordinator roles when needed.
Amanda undertakes all of these roles with a smile, always positive and enthusiastic. She is a wonderful singer and performer, and fully committed to the chorus.
