This year’s RMT nomination for an unsung champion is exactly that. You wouldn’t necessarily know the huge amounts of work she does or how well she does it, or the difference it makes to every person working towards the DCP (directors certification program).
She works tirelessly and efficiently to support members education, liaising with them and with international, sorting queries, encouraging, moderating and marking modules and this year we’ve had 10 people going through it! She never seeks praise, she is super supportive and understanding and we are so thankful that she is our Region 31 DCP coordinator.
I know first hand how much it means and the difference it makes to have her doing that work, because this year I have been a DCP candidate.
