Kind, caring and completely dedicated to Ignite, she goes the extra mile to contribute her time, energy, skills and enthusiasm to the needs of the chorus. Rhiannon is a really lovely person who cares deeply about the chorus and ensuring fairness and equality. She always comes along with a warm generous smile and an upbeat attitude to any problems. She has a great sense of humour and throws herself into expression and performance. She goes efficiently and quietly about chorus business, and gets the job done without any fuss. She does a lot of work behind the scenes, always stepping up to volunteer for extra tasks, for example when a change of circumstances meant someone needed to take over the treasurer role in an emergency, she willingly did so, while at the same time continuing to serve as secretary to the management team, fulfilling both roles simultaneously for several months.
She’s a fabulous asset to the chorus as she does so much behind the scenes and never complains about anything. She’s a friend to everyone and always has time to listen.
She champions the financial support policy and makes sure the chorus is a fair and happy place for us all. Always quick to assist, she is part of the advance music learning team, stands in for section leaders when required, always arrives early to help put up risers and stay at the end to help put them away, Rhiannon is a team player and a true barbershopper. She helps keep the wheels of the chorus turning in so many ways, Ignite is so lucky to have her.
