This privacy policy is for the use of this website, the Quartet of Nations Convention app and the convention communications served by the Quartet of Nations Region 31. The Quartet of Nations Region 31 is an authorised region of Sweet Adelines International. It administers and oversees the activities which fulfil the mission of Sweet Adelines International in the United Kingdom and Netherlands. What type of information is collected from you?
Accessing this website does not require you to create an account (where you provide personal information such as name and email address).
You also do not need to create an account to downloading and use the Quartet of Nations Convention app. When using the app, data about your activity (pages or sections you viewed) are recorded but they are never linked back to you or your device. They also do no track you or your device for any purpose.
When you register to attend the convention organised by the Quartet of Nations Region 31, the personal information we may collect from you is described in Section 8 of the Sweet Adelines International Privacy Policy.
How do we collect your personal information?
We obtain information about you when you contact us about our events, membership and other services.
Personal information of representatives of accredited and prospective chapters on record with Sweet Adelines International will be used to relay relevant convention communications.

We may use your personal information to:

- contact you in response to a specific query.
The personal information you provide when registering to attend the convention organised by the Quartet of Nations Region 31 are used as described in Section 10 of the Sweet Adelines International Privacy Policy.
