The leadership of the Quartet of Nations Region 31 consists of dedicated individuals who are passionate about advancing the barbershop music art form and the value it brings to members of Sweet Adelines International.

Each person serves a two-year term, with a maximum of three consecutive terms (six years in total). Terms run from 01 May through to 30 April each year. The RMT meet every 6 weeks, usually online for up to 2 hours at a time. There may be 1-2 face-to-face meetings during the year, usually over the weekend and all expenses for these are paid. 

From time to time, the Regional Management Team appoints other regional leaders to carry out various activities. The other regional posts in the Quartet of Nations Region 31 are:

    • Directors Certification Program (DCP) Coordinator

Regional appointments are also made for key positions to ensure that the regional convention runs smoothly. These positions are:
