Visit the Harmony Bazaar! Don’t miss a trip to the Harmony Bazaar in the foyer of the Octagon during Convention weekend!

We’ve got all kinds of goodies on offer, including:

  • QON tote bags — perfect for carrying your sheet music, snacks, and sparkles
  • Sparkly lanyards to brighten up your Convention pass
  • Fun slogan fridge magnets to take a little barbershop joy home with you

…and plenty more surprises in store!

We’re also running a co-operative table for choruses — if your chorus would like to sell one or two items, get in touch and we’ll save you a space!

Pop by, treat yourself, and support Region 31 while you shop!

Competing quartets, convention team, and others on-site are asked to form a scratch chorus for mic-testing. Chorus directors, team coordinators and choreographers can attend to hear the stage sound.  The scratch chorus will sing “How we sang today”.

Note: this is not for Directors stage walk – that will start at 12:00

Competing quartets will have 2 minutes each on stage to check the sound and stage layout for their performance. The quartets will go on stage in order of appearance and timing will be strictly managed.

Directors and Choreographers will have the ability to walk the stage (subject to practicalities of numbers etc). It is not likely that the full stage familiarization experience can be accommodated if you have not been able to arrive by 12:30.

Competing quartets/choruses who need to submit final forms (List of Competing members, Open Division Queue Sheets, Changes to the Song Order/choices) should submit to Sarah Netherton, Competition Coordinator during this time.

Courier briefing will be held at 12:15.
